Your satisfaction is our promise. Because every dish is freshly prepared to order — and in keeping with food-safety regulations — all food sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.
That said, we stand fully behind every order. If anything isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will make it right — whether that means correcting the order, a refund, or a credit toward your next order.
