We hire for kitchen prep, line cook, cashier, and catering coordinator roles across both Houston locations. Availability changes — check aladdinshouston.com/now-hiring-houston for the most current openings. We hire for both part-time and full-time positions at our Montrose and Garden Oaks restaurants.
Not always. For kitchen prep and counter positions, we train the right people. For line cook roles, some experience with high-volume cooking is helpful. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. We’ve built our team since 2006 by investing in people who want to grow.
Aladdin Mediterranean Cuisine has been family-owned since 2006. Working here means working in a real kitchen where food is made from scratch daily — not reheated or premade. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially during lunch and dinner rushes, but the team is tight-knit. Both our Montrose and Garden Oaks locations have long-tenured staff who started in entry-level roles.
We offer both. Part-time positions are available for cashier and prep roles, and full-time positions are available for line cooks and leads. Hours vary by location and season, with our catering business adding additional scheduling flexibility for the right candidates. Both Houston locations — Montrose and Garden Oaks — hire independently.
